ALL TIME Narrow Gap Welding Solution utilizes the SAW process for narrow gap welding of heavy-wall components in the nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, and naval sectors. It uses a 14mm thick, custom-engineered nozzle assembly that can also be applied to standard joints. 

Depending on the production requirements, procedures with a single, two, or three passes per layer can be adopted. The solution significantly reduces the weld volume, resulting in substantial savings on weld materials, energy, and labor time. In addition, the mechanical properties of the welded metal and the HAZ, characterized by finer dendrites, as well as their sensitivity to cracking, are considerably improved.
